1. Who we are
This site is operated by The Craft Irish Distilling Co. Limited, registered in Ireland under company number 566097, with offices at 20 Harcourt Street, Dublin, D02 H364.
2. Age requirements
You must be of lawful drinking age in your country to purchase (18+, 21+ in the United States). Gift recipients must also be of legal drinking age, and couriers may request ID at the door.
3. Ordering
Orders are acknowledged by email and accepted only when we send an Order Confirmation — the contract forms at that point. High-value purchases may require identity verification before dispatch.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are set at checkout and subject to availability; EU customers pay VAT-inclusive prices, non-EU customers do not. Payment is processed through Stripe's secure gateway (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay). Full payment including shipping is required before dispatch. Pricing errors may result in cancellation.
5. Delivery
We deliver on weekdays to the UK, Ireland, Switzerland, the US, Canada and Australia. A signature is required on every delivery. Undelivered parcels returned by the courier incur return costs.
6. Cancellation and returns
Consumers may cancel within fourteen working days of receipt, except made-to-order items. Items must be unopened and in original condition. Damage must be reported to the courier within 24 hours with photographs. Refunds are processed within 30 days of acceptance. See the Returns & Refund Policy for detail.
7. Liability
We warrant satisfactory quality but accept no responsibility for indirect losses, loss of profit or business interruption, nor for the future value or liquidity of any product. Whiskey and casks are not investments regulated by any financial authority.
8. Governing law
Irish law governs all contracts; disputes fall under the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
