Returns & Refund Policy
1. The window
You may initiate a return within 14 days of delivery by contacting us with your order number.
2. Condition
Items must be unopened, unused and in original condition with all packaging intact. Personalised or engraved items are not eligible unless defective or damaged on arrival.
3. Damaged orders
Report damage within seven days of receipt (and to the courier within 24 hours where possible) with photographs — we will replace the item or refund in full including shipping.
4. Shipping and processing
Return shipping is at your cost unless we made the error. Use a trackable service; we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit. Returns are inspected within 7–10 business days, and refunds issued to the original payment method for the item cost less any applicable shipping charges.
5. Exchanges
We do not exchange directly — initiate a return and place a new order for the item you'd like instead.
