The twentieth century nearly killed Irish whiskey. The Craft Irish Whiskey Co. exists to finish what the old Dublin masters started — with founder Jay Bradley, named among the world's best whiskey blenders by Forbes, holding 167 gold medals and a simple conviction: age is just a number; craft is everything.
Respect
Whiskey is tradition; it permeates our craft. Irish spring water, the finest barley, pot stills — the inheritance of Dublin's whiskey masters, honoured in full.
Reinvent
We bottle at the point of perfection, with no reliance on an age statement. The barrel programme — port pipes, virgin chestnut, Hungarian oak — goes where convention won't.
